🔒 Server Rules

• Respect Everyone – Treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, witch hunting, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. This includes gifs and images. If you have an issue with another member, please use the Report Feature or Open a Ticket or take it to DM's - not in the chat.
• False Information – Trolling about where stock is, purposely misleading other members around stock availability is not allowed. This includes creating AI Images of stores, line ups, etc.
• Retailer Phone Calls - We actively discourage members from calling stores to ask staff about stock availability. The pressure of hundreds of phone calls at once is unfair on retail staff. Encouraging/partaking in this behaviour is not permitted.
• Stay Safe – Always exercise caution and do your due diligence when buying from off-monitor alerts or other members in the server. Be sure to carefully read product descriptions before making a purchase (Including reading T&C’s, refund policies, etc)
• Bypassing Store Limits – We do not support or entertain discussions around the bypassing of stock limits, creating multiple accounts or using fake details to purchase items in order to deceive stores.
• Bulk Buying – We do not encourage the bulk purchasing of items using alerts sent within the server - This also includes any discussions in chat or bragging around purchasing bulk items or attempting to show this off in success posts.
• Botting – The use, discussion or promotion of bots, auto-checkout scripts, or similar tools is forbidden. We do not encourage or recommend anyone to use bots to attempt to purchase items.
• Personal Privacy - You are free to share photos of stock at stores, but keep people out of it, for their privacy and yours.

⚖️ Disciplinary Policy

• We want to give everyone a fair chance, but we also want to protect the community that we've built. Rules being broken may result in an immediate timeout/mute, preventing you from being able to message in the server. You will still be able to read messages in the server.
• Deleting your messages does not save face, we log everything and will take action whether you've deleted it or not.
• Repeated issues will result in permanent timeouts, or an outright ban. You will receive a DM when and if a warning, timeout or ban has been applied.
• Strikes expire after 6 months from the date issued.

🚫 Instant Ban Offences

• Ostentation Publicly boasting, punching down on non-members, bragging about others missing out on releases, showing off bulk purchases, etc. will result in immediate removal from the server.
• Store Owner/Staff Abuse – Price errors, stock delays and preorder cancellations can occur from time to time - that's just part of retail. Be kind to your store owners and staff - we do not tolerate any cases of staff abuse.
• Doxxing – Sharing someone’s personal information (even if it’s public) with intent to harm or harass is illegal and is not allowed in any shape or form.
• Scamming – Anyone found to be scamming will be banned from the server immediately. Please use the report or ticket feature to notify us and the #report-a-scam channel to notify the wider community.
• Leaking – Leaking private info from the group results in instant removal.
• No Advertising or Account Sharing – Don’t post links or promote other groups or share accounts without admin permission.

🛒 Marketplace Rules

• In-hand Items Only – All items must be in hand prior to listing and you must be able to show proof if asked. This helps avoid refunds due to cancellations or damage.
• Be Realistic – All WTB/WTS posts must include an accurate description and clear price. Use tools like Collectr, TCGPlayer, etc. to determine fair pricing.
• Talking In Channels – If you're interested in buying something, DM the seller instead of chatting in the channel. This keeps things organized.
• New Releases – Selling new releases is allowed, but mass selling or scalping is not. This server isn’t for those solely reselling at profit.
• Breaches – Rule violations will be reviewed case by case. We understand emergencies or value-based resale—but keep it reasonable.
• Bulk Threshold – More than 5 of the same item is considered “bulk selling” (except blisters or sealed cases, which count as one).
• Outside Sales – We do not monitor or police listings made outside this server.

⚠️ Note: Banned users will not receive refunds for any membership payments, even if rejoining under different details.
